Wage inequality and the weight of expectations

In 2019 the recruiting and job-search platform, Hired, partnered with a researcher at U.C. Berkeley to report on the wage gap. The report is one of Hired's six reports launched annually on topics concerning recruiters, talent pools, skillsets, and more.
For this report I created a motif anchored on the secondary title, The Weight of Expectations, which extended into a micro-site with animated graphs, campaign ads, subsequent web conference decor, to name a few.
