The intent of these photographs are works in progress, though the following is true:

Technical

The calming environment that comes with editing landscapes is sacred. In these moments, a dance emerges between how the subject wants to be portrayed and the editor’s agenda.

Artistic

Nature is beautiful, in all of its states. As humans, being in nature is a sensory experience. At a minimum, these photos attempt to replicate the stillness that comes with being present.
